Additional Infomation About Product

The L5972D is a self-oscillating step-down DC/DC regulator from STMicroelectronics. It contains an integrated Buck controller, switching MOSFET, and supply current limit and programmable oscillator. It supports input voltages up to 72V and can deliver up to 10A of continuous output current, with maximum output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 32V. The device also features overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal protection, and is offered in a 6.1mm x 6.1mm QFN package. The L5972D is ideal for applications such as distributed power systems, AV components, automotive modules and industrial automation equipment.
