The STMicroelectronics L6235Q DMOS 3-Phase DC 5.6A 0.3 Ohm 100kHz Motor/Motion/Ignition Controller & Driver is an advanced power driver designed to drive large motors up to 5.6A at 100kHz, with low Rds(on) motor current sensing and a Hyper-Hop feature for improved motor performance. This device offers robust protection features for on-board operation; flexible configuration to adapt to different applications; and a comfortable user interface with on-chip diagnostics. The L6235Q is capable of operating in brushing DC, induction DC, brushless DC, and stepper motor modes.
