Additional Infomation About Product

The L6564TDTR is a power factor correction (PFC) switch IC from STMicroelectronics designed to improve the power factor of switch mode power supplies (SMPS). It is a single H-bridge switch with 2.5A maximum peak current and 9.5V - 35V input voltage range. It features thermal shut down, dimming control, constant current regulation, output voltage transient protection and many other protection features. The device includes a soft start feature to reduce the inrush current and thus minimizing the stress on the components. In addition, it gathers synchronous rectification, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, input current sensing and over voltage protection features. The integrated circuitry helps to achieve efficiency up to 95% and power losses as low as 0.15W.
