The L6984TR is a high-efficiency, low-noise linear voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics. It has an integrated power switch and supports up to 5 V output at 500 mA current. It features adjustable output voltage, low-dropout operation, and low-noise operation. This voltage regulator provides good EMI rejection, excellent line and load regulation, and fast transient response. It also offers protection against short circuits, over temperature, and under voltage. The L6984TR is suitable for use in automotive, consumer electronics, computing, industrial, and networking applications.
