Current monitor output for 300 m , 150 m and 100 m highside drivers Description All outputs over temperature protected Open load diagnostic for all outputs The L9950 and L9950XP are microcontroller driven multifunctional door actuator driver for Overload diagnostic for all outputs automotive applications.Up to five DC motors and Seperated half bridges for door lock motor five grounded resistive loads can be driven with PWM control of all outputs six half bridges and five highside drivers. The integrated standard serial peripheral interface Charge pump output for reverse polarity (SPI) controls all operation modes (forward, protection reverse, brake and high impedance).
