PY1111R-TR is a system-in-package (SiP) module from STMicroelectronics designed for use in automotive applications. The module contains a programmable control unit and system peripherals, including an ARM Cortex-M0+ RISC processor, 32 KB of Flash memory, 4KB of RAM, an SPI bus interface, a JTAG debug port and a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter. Additionally, PY1111R-TR includes a number of other functions, including programmable I/Os, linear regulator, full-duplex UART, low-power timer and a real-time clock. The module is designed for reliable operation in harsh conditions, temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
