Externally 5.5 V tolerant enable pin applied voltages, V and V , set the logic levels CC L ESD performance on all pins: 2 kV HBM on either side of the device. It utilizes Small package and footprint transmission gate-based design that allows bi- QFN16 (2.6 x 1.8 mm) package directional level translation without a control pin. The ST2349 accepts a V from 1.65 to 3.6 V and L Applications V from 1.80 to 5.5 V, making it ideal for data CC transfer between low-voltage ASICs/PLD and Low voltage system level translation higher voltage systems.
