The STF18N60M6 is a MOSFET N-channel 600 V, 105 mOhm typ., 22 A Power MOSFET in a TO-220FP package manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed for use in high current, high voltage switching and linear applications. The MOSFET features the MDmesh M6 chip design for an optimized performance equilibrium for high-speed switching, low on-resistance, low gate charge and low voltage paralleling. The N-channel MOSFET has a breakdown voltage of 600 V and a typical on-resistance of 105 mOhm, and it can handle up to 22 A. In addition, the device has a low gate charge of 240 nC, a low turn-on/off switching of 10 ns, and a maximum temperature operating temperature of 150 °C. The TO-220FP package of the STF18N60M6 offers dual mounting ear configuration for easy heatsink assembly and enhanced current handling capability.
