The STGIB8CH60S-L with IGBT Modules SLLIMM 2nd series IPM is a 3-phase inverter module manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is rated for 12A and 600V with short-circuit rugged IGBTs, making it suitable for a wide range of motor drives, renewable energy, welding, and traction applications. The module includes anti-parallel diodes, pre-driver cells, a bootstrap diode, a high voltage common emitter, and a voltage clamp circuit. The module is equipped with two data-transmission cables for serial communication between the IGBTs to exchange data and prevent malfunctioning. Its advanced thermal design with heatsink and over-temperature protection feature provides reliable operation in tough environments. The module also boasts a short circuit ruggedness feature, allowing it to survive even in the most extreme conditions. As an added bonus, the module is RoHS compliant, meaning it is free of hazardous materials that could harm humans or the environment.
