Short-circuit protection on positive output It integrates a step-down and an inverting converter in a compact IC design. The excellent Overtemperature protection efficiency makes it particularly suitable for battery Temperature range - 40 C to 85 C operated products. The high frequency operation True shutdown mode allows the value and size of external components to be reduced.
