The TS1220-600B is an integrated MOSFET for automotive applications from STMicroelectronics. This part is part of the MDmesh™ family and is designed for car body and battery current sensing applications. This MOSFET offers low RDS(on) of 0.2O and a maximum current rating of 600A. It also features an integrated temperature rating of 175°C, making it suitable for battery pack applications. It provides high switching performance and is ESD protected up to 8 kV/20 kV. The integrated PSR (Power Shoot-through Resistance) feature increases system reliability. The TS1220-600B is available in a DFN-8 package type.
