The TSV611ILT is a dual operational amplifier with built-in slew rate control, manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It has low offset voltage of 800µV and is capable of operation on power supplies of 1.5 to 5.5 volts. It offers high-speed performance, with one of the amplifiers having a response of up to 120 kHz, and a low quiescent current of 10µA, with a maximum input bias current of 1pA. This device features a rail-to-rail output stage providing a maximum output current of 11mA, and as well as a low noise characteristics which allow for low distortion applications. It also features an enable/shutdown control logic for efficiently managing power supply current, and a supply current monitor that keeps track of power consumption. The TSV611ILT is designed for maximum miniaturisation size for optimal use in portable devices.
