General The VND5E006ASP-E is a double channel Very low standby current high-side driver manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower M0-5 technology and 3.0 V CMOS compatible inputs housed in PowerSO-16 package. The device is Optimized electromagnetic emissions designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded Very low electromagnetic susceptibility loads, and to provide protection and diagnostics. Compliance with European directive They also implement a 3 V and 5 V CMOS 2002/95/EC compatible interface for the use with any Very low current sense leakage microcontroller. Diagnostic functions The device integrates advanced protective Proportional load current sense functions such as load current limitation, inrush High current sense precision for wide and overload active management by power currents range limitation, overtemperature shut-off with auto restart and overvoltage active clamp.
