Diagnostic functions The VND5E025MK-E is designed to drive 12V Proportional load current sense automotive grounded loads delivering protection, High current sense precision for wide diagnostics and easy 3V and 5V CMOS currents range compatible interface with any microcontroller. Current sense disable The device integrates advanced protective Overload and short to ground (power functions such as load current limitation, inrush limitation) indication and overload active management by power Thermal shutdown indication limitation, overtemperature shut-off with auto-restart and overvoltage active clamp.
