VND830ASP-E Double channel high-side solid state relay Features Type R I V DS(on) OUT CC 10 (1) (1) VND830ASP-E 60 m 6A 36 V 1. Per channel 1 PowerSO-10 ECOPACK : lead free and RoHS compliant Automotive Grade: compliance with AEC Description guidelines Very low standby current The VND830ASP-E is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 CMOS compatible input technology. It is intended for driving any kind of Proportional load current sense load with one side connected to ground. Active Current sense disable V pin voltage clamp protects the device against CC low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient Thermal shutdown protection and diagnosis compatibility table). Undervoltage shutdown This device has two channels in high-side Overvoltage clamp configuration each channel has an analog sense Load current limitation output on which the sensing current is proportional (according to a known ratio) to the corresponding load current. Built-in thermal shutdown and outputs current limitation protect the chip from overtemperature and short circuit. Device turns-off in case of ground pin disconnections. Table 1.
