ECOPACK : lead free and RoHS compliant Automotive Grade: compliance with AEC guidelines Very low standby current CMOS compatible input Description On-state open-load detection The VND830P-E is a monolithic device made by Off-state open-load detection using STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology, intended for driving any kind of load Thermal shutdown protection and diagnosis with one side connected to ground. Undervoltage shutdown Active V pin voltage clamp protects the devices CC Overvoltage clamp against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient Output stuck to V detection compatibility table). CC Load current limitation Active current limitation combined with thermal Reverse battery protection shutdown and automatic restart protects the device against overload. The device detects Electrostatic discharge protection open-load condition both is on-state and off-state. Output shorted to V is detected in the off-state. CC Device automatically turns-off in case of ground pin disconnection. Table 1.
