The device is designed Quad channel smart high-side driver to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads through with MultiSense analog feedback a 3 V and 5 V CMOS-compatible interface, and to LED Mode for channel 0 and 1 provide protection and diagnostics. Very low standby current The device integrates advanced protective Compatible with 3 V and 5 V CMOS functions such as load current limitation, overload outputs active management by power limitation and MultiSense diagnostic functions overtemperature shutdown with configurable Multiplexed analog feedback of: latch-off. Load current with high precision proportional current mirror A FaultRST pin unlatches the output in case of VCC supply voltage fault or disables the latch-off functionality.
