YBG1105W-TR is an integrated microcircuit manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a power suppression device that includes both MOV and PTC and is intended for use in AC power lines and similar applications. This device is intended to protect circuits from damage due to over-voltage, over-current, overload, and short-circuits. The device is designed to limit the inrush current, provide a broad range of protections from lightning and surges, and also aid in meeting applicable EMC requirements.
