The H-ML-8 is a unique part from the Sumida chemical system that is used for mass spectrometry measurements. It is a hybrid multi-laser ionization source capable of providing highly efficient and selective chemical ionization of a wide range of compounds. The laser utilizes two laser sources, an Infrared diode laser and a near-infrared diode laser, in order to generate an ionization source with optimized efficiency and selectivity. The H-ML-8 is designed to be compatible with a variety of mass spectrometers such as quadrupole ion traps, ion mobility spectrometers, and triple quadrupole instruments.
