The UF2010 is a diode rectifier produced by SUNMATE that is RoHS compliant. It is a hyperfast DO-15 diode that can be used in numerous power and voltage management applications. The lead frame and encapsulating material are made from a ceramic material to ensure superior thermal performance. To ensure that the diode operates with maximum safety and efficiency, it is manufactured in accordance with ISO/TS, ISO14001 and UL standards.
