F115 is an RF transceiver integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Synoxo, which is available in a miniature Surface-Mounted Technology (SMT) SOT23-6 RoHS package. This RF transceiver IC provides reliable communication in the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wi-Fi IoT, Zigbee, and Thread frequencies.
