The SWM100C4T7-50 with LQFP-48(7x7) Microcontroller Units (MCUs/MPUs/SOCs) ROHS is a 32-bit single-chip microcontroller unit manufactured by Synwit. It has a 256KB of integrated flash memory, 5KB of on-chip SRAM, four timers, one comparator, 10-bit Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) and UART communication port. It also includes various on-chip peripheral functions, such as a watchdog timer, I2C bus, and general purpose input/output (GPIO) ports. This chip is available with an operating frequency range of 50MHz and is RoHS compliant.
