T621-150-016-165GA is a thermal pad manufactured by T-Global Technology. It is composed of 0.15 mm thick N-Series silicone rubber and 165 g/m2 surface glass with excellent thermal conductivity. The pad is designed for use on components requiring highly reliable thermal conduction without the use of adhesives. It is designed for low mounting force applications and provides a low-profile, low-profile thermal conduction solution. The pad is ideal for cooling integrated circuits and other components that require high thermal performance.
