The TA1971A is a surface-mounted device (SMD) SAW filter with a RoHS compliant design manufactured by Tai-Saw Technology components. The TA1971A SAW filter is a high-performance, small-size, ultra-wideband component with an excellent frequency response from 1-3000 MHz. It is designed for radio frequency (RF) applications such as Wi-Fi and other wireless communication systems. A 3-section topology is used with low pass, high pass, and band pass characteristics. With the use of an in-house finite difference time-domain (FDTD) simulator and comprehensive precision tuning techniques, excellent pass-band shape performance and stop-band attenuation is achieved. The TA1971A is suitable for use in high-integrity, multi-band RF and microwave designs.
