The BZT52C15 RH with Zener Diodes SOD-123F 500mW 5% Small Signal Zener is a 500mW (milliwatt) 5% tolerance zener diode in a small form factor SOD-123F package, developed by Taiwan Semiconductor. The diode is designed with a reverse breakdown voltage of 15 Volts and offers excellent stability with low noise and minimal AC impedance. It is typically used as a voltage reference, clamp or voltage regulator component in a variety of designs, including power supplies, motor controls, embedded applications and other consumer electronics devices. As the diode is designed in a bidirectional configuration, it can also provide bi-directional switching operations.
