TS5204 Taiwan Semiconductor 80mA Low Noise Ultra Low Dropout Voltage Regulator DESCRIPTION FEATURES The TS5204 series is an efficient linear voltage Ultra-Low Noise Output regulator with ultra-low noise output, very low dropout Output Current up to 80mA voltage (typically 20mV at light loads and 300mV at Low Dropout Voltage 80mA), and very low power consumption (500A at Low Power Consumption 50mA), providing high output current even when the Internal Current Limit application requires very low dropout voltage. The Thermal Shutdown Protection TS5204 series is included a precision voltage reference, Compliant to RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and in error correction circuit, a current limited output driver, accordance to WEEE 2002/96/EC. over temperature shutdown and revered battery Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 protection. Thermal regulation is defined as the change in output voltage at a time t after a change in power dissipation is applied, excluding load or line regulation effects.
