TS78L00 Series Taiwan Semiconductor 3-Terminal 100mA Positive Voltage Regulator DESCRIPTION FEATURES The TS78L00 Series of positive voltage Regulators are Output Voltage Range 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 24V inexpensive, easy-to-use devices suitable for a Output current up to 100mA multitude of applications that require a regulated supply No external components required of up to 100mA.
