CLY.9 is a nine-stage water-based filtration system from Teko. It combines four advanced filtration technologies, including reverse osmosis, activated carbon and sediment filtration, sub-micron filtration, and Ultraviolet (UV) technology to provide the highest quality drinking water. The reverse osmosis membrane removes dissolved organic and inorganic compounds, including bacteria and other microbial contaminants, providing up to 99.99% removal. The activated carbon filter absorbs any organic chemicals and odors in the water. The sediment filter removes any particles that are larger than 5 microns. The sub-micron filter traps smaller particles, such as bacteria and cysts. Finally, the UV core sanitizes the water, killing any organisms that may be present.
