CHM13C-M157 is a nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) probehead developed by Teledyne Scientific & Imaging. It is designed for high resolution experiments using 13C nuclei. The probehead is equipped with a compact and efficient magnet system which provides a homogeneous, broad-field supramolecular environment with a field strength of 12.7 Tesla. The CHM13C-M157 also includes several accessories such as an RF coil, a cryostat, a room-temperature preamplifier and an automated tuning circuit. The probehead makes it possible to perform a wide range of experiments including relaxation experiments, 13C-carrier decoupling, spectroscopy of protonated carbons and site-selective polarisation transfer experiments. Being equipped with automated tuning and matching circuitry, the CHM13C-M157 can be quickly and accurately tuned and matched. Additionally, it features an industry-leading Digital Lock-In Amplifier which gives excellent performance and accuracy.
