The DM-107 4K7 TelPod is a full-function, monolithic transmitting and receiving unit developed by Telistic. The DM-107 is designed for wireless communication applications such as radio telemetry, radio broadcast, and radio-control systems. It includes both a transmit and receive path in a single fully integrated package. It also includes all the necessary parts for proper operation including an RF power amplifier, PLL synthesizer, balanced mixer, a low-noise amplifier, and an LC oscillator. The package has a total output power of 4W with a wide tuning range of 890 MHz to 945 MHz. It also has power-saving features such as the adjustable transmit duty cycle and advanced power management techniques. The DM-107 4K7 TelPod provides a combination of features and performance rarely seen in a single RF module.
