The BUF634P is a high-speed dual operational amplifier buffer manufactured by Texas Instruments. It has an operating voltage range of 4V to 30V, and can achieve a slew rate up to 1.3V/µs. The device has a low temperature coefficient of ±2mV/°C and is capable of driving up to 2.5A. It has an input offset voltage of 5µV max, and output short-circuit current of 5A. The BUF634P also offers high slew rate with low harmonic distortion, making it ideal for use in direct digital synthesis and in voltage feedback amplifier designs. It is a fast, efficient, and affordable amplifier buffer solution that provides excellent performance for high-frequency, demanding applications.
