The Texas Instruments CC1310F128RGZR is a RF microcontroller (MCU) SimpleLink Sub-1 GHz ultra-low power wireless microcontroller with 48-VQFN package. The CC1310F128RGZR operates from 40ºC to 85ºC and is designed for long-range wireless connectivity. It features an integrated ARM Cortex-M3Processor with a memory capacity of 128KB RAM and 256KB Flash. It also includes an integrated sub-1 GHz RF transceiver, as well as built-in voltage regulators, radio preamble detection hardware for low-power listening, and a peripheral set that includes: an AES accelerator, an operational amplifier, and 12-bit ADC and DAC converters. The CC1310F128RGZR supports data rates up to 250 kbps, including high data rates of up to 125 kbps in GFSK modulation, and is ideal for applications that require long-range, low-power operation (down to 0.8 mA TX/RX current consumption).
