Additional Infomation About Product

The LM3404HVMR is a highly efficient step-up DC/DC converter from Texas Instruments. It combines an integrated 4A, 55V digital step-up regulator and FET, enabling designs with exceptional flexibility and power savings. The digital-controlled internal FET can be used to automatically control the output voltage and save operating current losses. The LM3404HVMR also features an external shutdown control pin with active low input, selectable Power Good output, and an adjustable cycle-by-cycle current limit protection. The device is available in a 7-pin HV-SSOP and 5-pin HVSON packages, making it suitable for various space-constrained designs.
