The LP2950ACZ-3.0/NOPB is a low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator from Texas Instruments. It is a 300 mA fixed output voltage regulator with low output noise, low dropout voltage, and fast transient response. The output voltage is preset to 3.0V and is designed to provide a regulated DC output voltage from input voltages up to 24V. It is available in an 8-pin Plastic Dual-In-Line (PDIP) package. Features include short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, current limiting, and reverse-battery protection. The LP2950ACZ-3.0/NOPB is applicable to various voltage regulation applications, including data communication equipment, portable devices, and automotive circuits.
