The LP38501TSX-ADJ is a 400-mA low-dropout (LDO) regulator with TO-263-5 RoHS package, manufactured by Texas Instruments. It features a precision voltage accuracy of ±2.5% across the operating temperature range (from –55 to +125°C), a very low quiescent current (25 µA with no load), and a fixed output voltage of 1.8 V (adjustable from 1.3 V to 3.7V).
