Additional Infomation About Product

The MAX3223CPWR is a 3.5-5.5V RS-232 Interface IC from Texas Instruments. It is a single-channel transceiver with an integrated voltage translator that supports the RS232 serial protocol. The IC is capable of supporting data rates of up to 250kbps and has an integrated thermal protection circuitry and low-power shutdown mode. The IC has an onboard voltage regulator that provides a regulated supply voltage for the transceiver. It also accepts 3.5V and 5.5V logic levels, making it compatible with a wide range of peripheral devices. The IC is designed to support any UART/USART and is 24-pin SSOP package, allowing for easy integration into a variety of end-user applications.
