The SN74AVCH8T245RHLR is a 4-bit, dual-supply bus transceiver manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is designed to facilitate low-voltage, low-power, high-speed data transmission between two independent buses. It features two supply voltage inputs, VCCA and VCCB, and four bidirectional channels, A0-A3 for A-side bus and B0-B3 for B-side bus. The device features 3-state output drivers for each entry in the bus and bus-hold circuitry that maintains inputs at valid logic levels without external pull-up circuitry. It also has enable input (device select) to enable or disable the device. The flow of data is controlled by two active-low output-enable (OEAB) signals. This device is capable of operating from -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
