The SN74HC10DR is an advanced logic gate triple 3-input Positive-NAND gate manufactured by Texas Instruments. It offers low power consumption and is made with High-speed silicon gate CMOS technology. It has a propagation delay time of 14ns max and is able to operate over the voltage range of 2V to 6V.
