The SN74LVC1G11DRYR is a single 2-input positive-AND Gate IC from Texas Instruments. This family of ICs are designed with Extended Voltage Controlled CMOS (EVC) technology, which allows them to operate from 1.2 V to 3.6 V to improve noise immunity and reduce power consumption in portable and low-voltage applications. It is a low power device that dissipates power of only 8 µA (max). It features a high noise immunity of 400mV. The chip operates with a maximum frequency of 45 MHz, with a propagation delay of 7.3 ns. It also comes in multiple package sizes such as SOT-23 and SC-70 for space-constraint applications.
