Additional Infomation About Product

The TL494CN is a voltage mode pulse width modulating (PWM) control circuit made by Texas Instruments. It is designed to offer improved performance and low external parts count when used in controlling all types of switching power supplies. The device includes an error amplifier, a voltage clamp, a modulator, an oscillator, and a PWM comparator. The TL494CN operates from pulse-width modulation (PWM) control or burst mode control. It can operate with peak currents up to 2 A, and it can be used in Flyback and forward converter designs. The device is available in 14-pin DIP and 14-pin SOIC packages.
