The TLC2272IDR is a dual low-noise operational amplifier (op-amp) developed by Texas Instruments. The device offers excellent DC precision and low noise, making it suitable for high-sensitivity signal chains including those used in communication systems and instrumentation.The op-amp features an exceptionally low current noise of 0.3 nV/sqrt Hz, a voltage offset of only 1 mV, and a gain bandwidth product of 10 MHz. Furthermore, the TLC2272IDR offers a wide operating voltage range of ±2.7 V to ±18 V. Other specs include a maximum output current of 0.2 mA, a unity gain bandwidth of 5 MHz, a slew rate of 2 V/µs, and a power supply rejection ratio of 70 dB.The device is a single-supply op-amp and includes integrated protection such as over-temperature shut off, current limit, and short-circuit protection. It is available in the industry-standard 8-pin SOIC package. This makes it suitable for many general-purpose applications in automotive and industrial applications.
