Additional Infomation About Product

The TPS54202DDCR manufactured by Texas Instruments is a voltage regulator and a switching regulator with 4.5V to 28V input, 2A output, and EMI friendly synchronous step-down converter packaged in 6-SOT -40 to 125. This voltage regulator combines an optimized current mode control scheme and a dual-channel MOSFET driver with an NMOS technology, allowing it to achieve high efficiencies across a wide input voltage range. The device also features accurate precision current sensing, cycle-by-cycle current limit, hiccup-mode overcurrent protection, 180° phase-shifted fixed frequency operation,and a synchronous operation. The double pulse-width modulation (DPWM) technique significantly reduces input and output ripple voltage, enabling the device to easily handle wide input supply disturbances and transient loads. This voltage regulator also features frequency foldback, undervoltage lock-out (UVLO) and protection against double pulse.
