The TPS565201DDCR is a synchronous 4.5V to 17V, 5A step-down switching voltage regulator from Texas Instruments. It features a wide input voltage range and a low-profile 8-lead VSON package for size-constrained applications. It can achieve high efficiencies up to 95 percent in order to reduce power loss and heat dissipation. The regulator also features programmable frequency up to 1.5MHz, allowing it to be optimally applied for different output currents.
