is a tiny, adjustable current step-up converter which is designed for powering single ended LED strings. This converter provides constant current output in an operating voltage range of 0.5V to 5.5V. This device can operate as LED driver to produce constant current from a wide range of input voltages to the output current range of 10 mA to 600 mA. It has an integrated MOSFET to drive up to 10 LEDs in series. This device offers high power efficiency of up to 95%.The adjustable output current can be set with a single resistor. This LED driver also provides protection features such as thermal shutdown, open LED and overvoltage protection. The package option available for this device is SOT23-6 with standard pinout.
