The TPS62160DGKR is a buck switching regulator IC positive adjustable 0.9V 1 output 1A 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118", 3.00mm width) manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that delivers up to 1A output current with excellent load and line regulation. It has a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 17V and can be programmed from 0.7V to 0.9V with a 0.8% accuracy. It features a high-frequency, constant frequency current-mode architecture with a 1.25MHz switching frequency, adjustable soft-start and enable control, and a thermally enhanced 8-pin TSSOP or 8-MSOP package. The TPS62160DGKR is ideal for low-power, battery-powered, or portable applications such as PDAs, cellular phones, and industrial control systems.
