Additional Infomation About Product

The TPS62290DRVR is a switching regulator 2.25MHz 1A Step Down Converter manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a monolithic integrated circuit that features an internal high-side, low-side power MOSFETs to minimize component count and improve efficiency. This device helps manage a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 40 V and enables up to 95% efficiency only requiring one external inductor for operation. It has a built-in soft-start mechanism and an input voltage undervoltage lockout (UVLO) that can be easily programmed with a single resistors. This switching regulator is protected against overcurrent, overtemperature and undervoltage conditions. The enable pin can be used to turn the device off, allowing it to operate in both continuous and pulse-skip modes, providing additional efficiency. This device offers a wide range of precision output voltage and current limit settings and is suitable for applications such as supplying processor core voltage in automotive, communications, telecommunications, and other industrial applications.
