CompanyThe Texas Instruments Company TPS82130SILR is a 3-A 17V step-down converter module with integrated inductor and 8-uSiP. It has an operating voltage of -40 to 125 degrees Celsius and is designed for voltage regulators switching regulators. It is capable to have a wide range of input voltage (5V-17V) moreover it has an adjustable output voltage down to 2.75V. Furthermore, this module has built-in short-circuit and overload protection as well as excellent load regulation. Additionally, it exhibits a high efficiency of up to 95%. Other features include current mode control, constant on-time control, 180kHz fixed frequency operation and a cycle-by-cycle current limit. As such, it is ideal for systems that require reliable and efficient voltage regulating solutions.
