Additional Infomation About Product

The CI5930-10A is a current sensing device manufactured by Tokmas. It is packaged in an 8-pin SOP-8 package and is RoHS compliant. The device has two zones, each containing a separate sensing element that can sense small currents up to 10 Amps. The output is linearized and the current sensing element is temperature compensated. This device also features a power dissipation of 1W and a low power on-resistance of less than 80mohm. The device is ideal for use in automotive applications such as motor control systems and battery charging systems.
