The XC61HC2912MR-G is a microprocessor & microcontroller supervisors manufactured by Torex Semiconductor and compliant with RoHS. It comes in a small SOT-23-3 package and is ideal for use in consumer and industrial applications. It features a low-voltage 2.0V detector for reliable operation and a power-on reset circuit to ensure a reliable start-up. The supervisor monitors the in-system voltage, and generates reset signals, reset types being active-low, alarm-type, and manual reset, when the voltage drops below a pre-set threshold level.
