Additional Infomation About Product

The XC61HN4642MR-G is a voltage detector IC from Torex Semiconductor. It features an ultra-low input voltage detection of 0.9V. The device also features adjustable trip voltages and Hysteresis. It has a wide operating voltage range between 0.9V and 5.5V, and a current consumption of 1uA. The output consists of a CMOS-compatible open-drain output that is released when the trip voltage is exceeded. It is housed in an SOT-23-5L package.
